# 黏性會話

黏性會話，如其名稱所示，是指在指定時間內保持相同 IP 地址的代理。其主要特點是高穩定性，適合需要持續連線的應用場景，如線上遊戲、社交媒體管理等。在黏性會話模式下，代理服務器會在一段時間內（通常為幾分鐘到幾小時）為客戶端維持固定的 IP 地址，從而確保客戶端能夠進行穩定的網路請求與會話。

以下是 Swiftproxy Sticky proxy 的設定與使用詳細指南：

1. 登入並進入用戶中心，點擊進入用戶中心  👉 [Enter the User Center](https://www.swiftproxy.net/user/ucenter)
2. 點選【獲取代理】

* 在**賬密認證**中，在【選擇IP類型】中設置為【黏性】，根據您的需求設置 IP 持續時間（時間設定以分鐘為單位）
