# Get Proxy

Swiftproxy offers two flexible methods for acquiring proxies:  **API Acquisition** and **User & Password Authentication**. Both options are designed to fit different workflows and technical needs, whether you're managing multiple sub-accounts or automating proxy rotation at scale.
