# Choose Region

In the Swiftproxy User Center, you can customize your proxy location by selecting the **country**, **state**, and **city** based on your needs. This allows for more precise geo-targeting during proxy configuration.

Follow the steps below to configure your desired location:

## **Step 1: Log in to Your Account**

Go to the Swiftproxy User Center, the main dashboard where you manage your proxy services, and click the "Residential Proxies" section. 👉 [Enter the User Center](https://www.swiftproxy.net/user/ucenter)<br>

## **Step 2: Choose Region**

#### **For User and Password Authentication.**

* Select the **country** when configuring the proxy.

* Select the **State (Province)** after setting the country when configuring the proxy.

* Select the **City** after setting the country when configuring the proxy.

#### **For** Whitelisted IPs (**API Acquisition).**

* Select the **country** when configuring the proxy.
