# I paid for the wrong plan, what should I do?

If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

* **For Residential Proxies**: Bandwidth is usage-based and does not expire, so there’s no need to switch plans if your order is still active.
* **For Static (ISP) Proxies**: If the assigned IP address doesn't match your intended location or configuration, please contact our **live support** to request a proxy replacement.
