I paid for the wrong plan, what should I do?

  • For Residential Proxies: Bandwidth is usage-based and does not expire, so there’s no need to switch plans if your order is still active.

  • For Static (ISP) Proxies: If the assigned IP address doesn't match your intended location or configuration, please contact our live support to request a proxy replacement.
